Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Wintles Workshop Ltd. We work hard to process and ship all orders quickly and safely so your Pokémon cards and accessories arrive in the condition you expect.
This page explains how our shipping process works, the services we use and what you can expect once your order has been placed.
Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped the next working day from Monday to Friday.
Any order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We do not ship on UK bank holidays. We remain open for customer support, but parcels will not leave until the next working day after the holiday.
UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all domestic shipments.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Used for orders with a total value under £20.
Estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Used for orders with a total value of £20 or more.
Estimated delivery time is usually 2 working days.
If you would like to use a faster service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24, you can contact us before placing your order and we can arrange an upgraded shipping option. This is not available as a selectable option on the website at this time.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 10 working days. Some destinations may take longer, especially during busy periods or due to delays that are outside of our control. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, transit times can vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
How We Package Your Order
We take great care to ensure all orders are protected during transit.

Orders under £20 are sleeved, placed in a toploader and shipped inside a protected envelope.

Orders over £20 are sleeved, placed in a toploader, wrapped in bubble wrap bags and shipped inside a cardboard box.

Larger items or sealed products that do not fit inside our smaller boxes will be wrapped securely with additional padding and placed in an appropriate parcel box.
Our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely and in the condition it left us.
Delays and Delivery Issues
Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays due to high seasonal volume, strikes, weather or issues with local postal systems. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always try to assist where possible if your parcel is taking longer than expected.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 5 working days after the expected delivery timeframe for UK orders, or 5 working days after the estimated international delivery window.
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date or within 5 days of the expected delivery window if the order has not arrived. This allows us to open an investigation with Royal Mail and resolve the issue for you.
Please include photos of any damaged packaging or items so we can assess the problem quickly.
