1. About Us
Wintles Workshop Ltd is a UK registered company specialising in Pokémon cards, sealed products, graded cards, and related accessories. Our goal is to offer a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience for collectors of all levels.
Throughout these terms the words we, us and our refer to Wintles Workshop Ltd, and you refers to the customer or website visitor.
2. Using Our Website
By accessing our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose and you agree that all information you submit must be accurate and up to date.
We may update or change the website at any time, including product listings, prices, stock information, and policies.
3. Products and Availability
We sell a wide range of Pokémon items including singles, common cards, graded cards, sealed products, and accessories. Most items on the website show the exact product you will receive. A small number of listings may use a stock style image and this will be noted where possible.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.
Since over 90 percent of our products are also listed on other platforms, including eBay, there may be occasions when an item sells at the same time on different platforms. If this happens, we will cancel the order and issue a refund as soon as possible.
4. Pricing and Errors
We work hard to ensure all prices and information on the website are accurate. Occasionally errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or stock error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the full amount. You will always be notified if this happens.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
5. Placing an Order
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. An order is only considered accepted once it has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, or any other situation where a cancellation is necessary.
You are responsible for making sure the delivery information you provide is correct. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Shipping
We dispatch all orders on the next working day.
Within the UK, orders under £20 are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Orders over £20 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
We also ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on destination, parcel size, and value.
Once an item has been posted, any delays caused by Royal Mail or international customs are outside our control.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee may be required to resend it.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Issues
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Our full returns policy will be available on a separate page. In general, if an issue arises with your order, we will work with you to resolve it fairly. Solutions may include a refund, a replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
Cards are sold in the condition shown or described. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with photos so that we can assist.
8. Graded and Raw Cards
Graded cards are sealed by third party grading companies and their grade is based on the company’s assessment. We do not offer re grading, reconsideration, or cracking services.
Raw cards will be sold as described or as photographed. Please check the product images carefully before purchasing.
9. Payments
We use payment providers supported by Shopify. These may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, or others. Once our payment provider list is finalised we will update this section.
All payments must clear before an order is dispatched.
10. International Customers
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or handling fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.
11. Conduct on External Platforms
If you choose to join any linked communities such as Discord or Skool, please be aware that those platforms may have their own rules and guidelines. Any decisions or rules within those communities are handled separately from this Terms of Service.
12. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, text, and content on this website are the property of Wintles Workshop Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or use our content without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs hold ups, payment provider issues, or website outages.
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the website after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.
